Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Refer to: Specifications (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, Specifications).

3. Refer to: Cooling System Partial Draining, Filling and Bleeding (303-03B Engine Cooling - GTDi 2.0L Petrol, General Procedures).

 Rear view camera

It remains the driver's responsibility to detect obstacles and estimate the vehicle's distance from them when reversing. When Reverse (R) is selected the camera provides a wide-angle rear view colour image on the touch screen. The camera display has priority over the parking aid display.

 Ethanol

This vehicle is not suitable for use with fuels containing more than 10% ethanol. Do not use E85 fuels (85% ethanol content). Equipment necessary for the use of fuels containing more than 10% ethanol is not fitted to this vehicle. If E85 fuels are used, serious engine and fuel system dama
