Range Rover Evoque: Suspending and resuming cruise control
Suspend cruise control with a single press of
control (3).
To resume cruise control at the previous set
speed, press control (2).
RES (2) should be used only
if the
driver is aware of the set speed and
intends to return to it.
It is not recommended to resume set
speed when a low gear is selected as
excessive engine speeds will occur.

Cruise control will switch off but the set speed
will remain in the memory when:
- The CAN button (3) is pressed.
- The brake pedal is pressed.
- Speed falls below 30km/h (18mph).

Diesel only
When enabled, a CO2 emission indicator is
displayed in the message centre. The higher
the numeric reading, the more CO2 is being
emitted and the more fuel is being used. See

Should the sensor require replacing, it should
be carried out by a Dealer/Authorised Repairer.
A replacement sensor must be fitted to a
running wheel in order to be recognised by the
system. The vehicle needs to be stationary for
15 minutes during the sensor fitment before
the system is ready
If one of the sensors is completely obscured
the BSM system is automatically disabled, the
warning indicator dot is displayed in the
exterior mirror and the message BSM sensor
blocked appears in the message centre.
