Removal
1. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel and tire.

5. CAUTION: Note the position of the component
and mark the surrounding area to aid installation.

6. Remove the bushing.

Installation
1. CAUTION: Make sure that the component is
installed to the position noted on removal.

2. CAUTION: Make sure the correct special tool is
used to install the bushings to the correct depth.
Install the bushing.
Special Tool(s): LR-121, 204-620-01, 204-620-02

3. Torque: 270 Nm

Steering Column - Overview
The steering column consists of an intermediate shaft, the upper column and
the steering wheel, which are connected
together to transfer driver steering inputs to the steering gear.
When you press the unlock button, your
vehicle will unlock in one of two ways:
1. Single Point Entry: Unlocks the driver's
door and fuel filler flap only. A second
press is required to unlock the remaining
doors and the tailgate.
2. Multi-Point Entry: Unlocks all doors, fuel
filler flap and t
