Removal

NOTES:

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Refer to: Specifications (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, Specifications).

2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands. Raise and support the vehicle.

3. Refer to: Engine Undershield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

4. Using a suitable hydraulic jack, support the transmission.

5. Refer to: Air Cleaner (303-12B Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - GTDi 2.0L Petrol, Removal and Installation).

6. Refer to: Battery Tray (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, Removal and Installation).

7. Torque:

Range Rover Evoque. Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol

8. Torque: 175 Nm

Range Rover Evoque. Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Engine Mount RH

1. Refer to: Engine Undershield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

2. Refer to: Engine Cover - GTDi 2.0L Petrol (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

3. Support the engine.

4. Torque: 110 Nm

Range Rover Evoque. Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol

5. NOTE: Loosen the bolt, but do not fully remove. Torque: 110 Nm

Range Rover Evoque. Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol

6. Torque: 80 Nm

7. Torque: 80 Nm

Range Rover Evoque. Engine - GTDi 2.0L Petrol

8. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. Torque: 110 Nm

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Tighten the retaining bolts in the sequence shown.
